Our technology team gives us the edge by working openly and collaboratively to innovate and maintain new ways of delivering training. Adopting agile best practice, we proactively maintain critical business systems including our ePortfolio learner management system, the website, business intelligence and CRM. For a small team, they have a big impact across the business and they are encouraged to bring their ideas to work.
Sales & Business Development
Our Sales and Business Development team are the driving force behind our continued success. Creative and can-do, they live and breathe the Lifetime brand across the UK, raising our profile, maintaining our industry leading reputation and working with senior management in many of the UK’s leading companies.
We’re a people business and so HR has a big role to play. Our HR team is small yet perfectly formed, focused on supporting the business through rapid growth and working hard to ensure our people initiatives help us to be the employer of choice in our sector.
Our telesales centre is based in the support hub. They make up an ambitious, focused team, supporting Lifetime’s Regional Trainers in the field by driving new business. From calling prospective learners to actively promote quality qualifications, advising on funding opportunities and taking calls from businesses seeking advice, making sure they’re aware of new products, road shows and opportunities, telesales plays a pivotal role in making Lifetime successful
